Appointment of CEO, Chairman of the Management Board of Trans-Balkan Pipeline B.V.

By a unanimous Resolution of the Shareholders of Trans-Balkan Pipeline B.V. of April 30, 2010, Mr. Vladislav Emelyanov has been appointed CEO, Chairman of the Management Board effective as of May 1, 2010.

Personal information:

Vladislav Emelyanov was born in 1973 in Dresden, Germany. Citizen of the Russian Federation.

In 1995 he graduated from University with a diploma in foreign economic relations; in 1999 he completed his post-graduate studies in finance. In 2004 Mr. Emelyanov did a course in Corporate Project Management on the Basis of International Standards at the Oil and Gas Business Institute and the Project Management Institute. In 2007-2009 he received his МВА in International Business in the Oil and Gas Sector (at the International Institute of Energy Policy and Diplomacy of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Foreign Ministry of Russia and the Bodo Graduate School of Business at Bodo University in Norway).

For over 12 years Mr. Emelyanov has been working in the energy sector, he has extensive experience in heading international projects (Algiers, Columbia, Kazakhstan). Prior to his work at Trans-Balkan Pipeline B.V. Mr. Emelyanov was Head of project and CFO of the operating company of a major international project for Caspian off-shore hydrocarbon exploration and production on PSA terms.

Since 2008 he occupied the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Management Board of Trans-Balkan Pipeline B.V.
