Joint General Meeting of Shareholders, Supervisory Board and Management Board of Trans-Balkan Pipeline B.V.

A joint general meeting of Shareholders, Supervisory Board and Management Board of Trans-Balkan Pipeline B.V. (ТВР) was held in Amsterdam on June 24, 2010.

Company management gave the Shareholders and Supervisory Board Directors a detailed account on Company activities and the status of the Project in 2009 and the 1-st half of 2010.

The Shareholders and Supervisory Board Directors heard report on the finalization of the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for the Burgas-Alexandroupolis pipeline construction and on the work on Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) documents which are to be presented to the relevant ministries in Bulgaria and Greece in September 2010.

Meeting participants also considered a number of financial and administrative corporate issues.
